Counting Spaces v1.2.2 Released
A new look, dark mode, and a long list of fixes.
v1.2.2 gives Counting Spaces a whole new look. It's still minimal, but everything is cleaner: new type, bigger text, filled buttons, and every screen built from the same set of rules so nothing feels out of place.
Dark mode is here too. Turn it on in settings and the whole game follows.
A few other things changed along the way:
Settings opens as its own page from the main menu.
Word and number stats share one page with tabs, and you can fold away the sections you don't need. They stay folded.
Resetting your stats, deleting your online account and resetting the game moved to a new advanced page, away from everything else.
Casual games keep time now, so you can see how long a relaxed round took.
You can look up the meaning of any word when a game ends, not only the obscura ones.
You won't be handed a word you've already played until you've worked through the rest.
Haptics actually work.
Score cards show the answer for regular games. For dailies they show the date and the challenge instead, so nobody's daily gets spoiled. Your name goes at the bottom.
There's a new app icon as well.
