This privacy policy describes how Counting Spaces, a mobile game developed by Byte Studio LLC ("Byte Studio", "we", "us"), handles your information.

Counting Spaces does not collect any of your personal information.

What information we collect

None. Counting Spaces does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information about you. The app contains no analytics, no tracking, no telemetry, no advertising, and no user accounts or sign-in mechanism.

Permissions and device access

Counting Spaces does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, calendar, photos, motion sensors, Bluetooth, or any other sensor or system service on your device.

Network activity

Counting Spaces does not make network requests to Byte Studio servers and does not transmit any data off your device. The only network activity associated with the app is whatever the operating system or app store performs automatically (for example, install verification or receipt validation), which is outside our control and does not involve us receiving any information about you.

Local data on your device

Counting Spaces stores gameplay statistics on your device. These include guess counts, time taken to answer, difficulty played, win and loss history, and similar gameplay metrics. This data is stored only in the app's local storage on your device. It is never transmitted to Byte Studio, to our servers, or to any third party.

You can clear all gameplay statistics at any time from within the app.

Data shared with third parties

We do not share any data with third parties, because we do not collect any data in the first place.

Children

Counting Spaces is appropriate for all ages. Because we do not collect personal information from anyone, we do not collect personal information from children under any age.

Security

Because Counting Spaces does not collect or transmit any personal data, there is no personal data to secure on our end. Local gameplay statistics on your device are protected by your device's standard application sandboxing.

If our practices change, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date shown at the top. The version published here is the current and authoritative version.
